Sr Treasury Manager

The Sr Treasury manager is responsible for oversight, and escalation for cash flow modeling and forecasting and internal financing structure with supervision of direct reports. Takes responsibility for managing, executing and overseeing the daily administration of the company’s global liquidity.  Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize treasury operations, reduce operational risks, and drive cost-effective solutions across Treasury.

This position will report into the Assistant Treasurer and will be hybrid (3 days per week) reporting to our corporate headquarters in Radnor, PA.

What we’re looking for

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or FinanceMBA or CPA or Chartered Accountant preferredExperience: At least 5+ years treasury or related experience in a multinational corporate environment3 years of leadership responsibility, experience leading remote teamsSAP ERP experience preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skillsVery strong computer system skills (preferable with Treasury workstations) with exceptional knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointExtremely self-motivated and organizationally-effective individual with strong attention to detailBasic understanding of accounting and finance

How you will create an impact

Work closely with the cash manager to ensure the organization has adequate liquidity to meet its financial obligationsManage liquidity by monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flows, and coordinating with business units to ensure that liquidity needs are metPrepare presentations and supporting documents for various stakeholdersCreate non-GAAP financial reports for management and external stakeholders, utilizing financial data to identify trends and provide insightsEnsure controls and processes are followed/maintainedSupport payment investigations with internal/external partnersIndependently maintain and expand the use of the Treasury workstationCollaborate with other departments such as accounting, FP&A, Tax, AP and AR to ensure the organization's financial goals are metEnsure appropriate documentation is maintained for all Treasury processes/activitiesManage global investment strategyFoster a collaborative and high-performance environment, ensuring the Treasury team remains agile, motivated, and focused on achieving departmental and organizational goalsLiaise with accounting to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport Merger and Acquisitions and complete diligence requirementsOversee internal financing structureManage Treasury Workstation Implementation
