Sr Trade Compliance Analyst
+ Collaborate with Global Trade Compliance Leaders to carry out different Trade Compliance initiatives and projects in APAC region + Fully implement import and export related processes and procedures to foster compliance culture and drive duty saving as well + Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the trade control infrastructure covering operational processes, import licensing/classification, trade documentation and so on for import, export and Customs. + Create compliance monitoring systems to proactively identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk. Conduct periodic reviews and utilize risk evaluation techniques to monitor compliance. + Manage Customs audits, investigations and inquires and lead efforts to get them resolved for the positive outcome + Drive, engage and work with our business on new programs/projects and initiatives including free trade zone, Customs integration reforms and trade software implementation + Monitor key industry, legislative and regulatory changes, assess the impact to the business and provide a recommendation if required to improve the reaction of the market + Build strong relationships with Business and Supply Chain Leaders to support their business and also carry out different Trade Compliance initiatives and projects in their operations. + Manage Customs brokers for operation excellence per well-defined KPIs to meet requirements of AM businesses and Customs regulations + Collect monthly trade data from AM sites/factories/offices within APAC region and conduct necessary analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity and identify potential risk or saving opportunities. + Support Trade Compliance Team Digitalization + Bachelor Degree or above in International trade, Law, logistics, English, or Supply Chain Majors + Master Degree is a big plus; Strong IT background is a big plus + Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance/import & export in a global company + Interviews are mainly in English + Being able to lead trade compliance project/Customs audit case independently + Sensitive with data and good logic sense + Being able to join global conference calls in China night time frequently + Excellent English language skills to work with a global team (CET 6, equivalent or above) **Desired** + Strong IT backgrounds to support Trade Compliance Team Digitalization + Trade Compliance working experience from one of Top 500 global companies + Strong people skills to influence business stakeholders and internal customers + Proved experienceto drive solutions and solve complex problems. + Experience with SAP and GTS system. + Work under pressure Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
