ABOUT THE JOB
As a Regional Sales Manager - Fixed Gas & Flame Detection here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing sales operations within the Belgium region. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in the field of fixed gas & flame detection. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in achieving business objectives.
You will report directly to our Product Business Leader – North Europe and you'll work remotely from home and at customer sites.
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by driving sales, developing and executing business strategies, and working with a high-performing sales team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition
• Drive new growth by seeking new projects / customers in region

• Prior experience in sales or business management
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
