 The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Solutions Professional to lead innovation and optimization efforts across our suite of SaaS applications, with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Anaplan, and Coupa. In this pivotal role, you will guide release and upgrade planning, champion process improvements, and drive strategic change across both internal teams and external SaaS partners. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to foster collaboration, manage complex projects, and deliver transformative technology solutions that align with organizational goals. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3 or more years of technical experienceExperience with SaaS and Finance technologies in use in the application(s)Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnelExperience with unit testing and mockingMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

PMP CertifiedSix Sigma CertifiedMBA or another Advanced DegreeOracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Demonstrated ability running large scale projectsExperience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$106,900 - $147,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
