POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a meticulous Calibration Technician to join our team at. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our measurement and testing equipment operates accurately and reliably, supporting our commitment to quality and precision in our products and services.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct routine calibration and maintenance on various measurement and testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Document calibration procedures, results, and any necessary adjustments in accordance with regulatory requirements. Utilize advanced calibration equipment and software to analyze and document results effectively. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement calibration protocols and schedules. Identify and troubleshoot issues with calibration equipment, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate calibration records and assist in audits as required. Conduct detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting of calibration discrepancies and equipment failures Participate in internal and external audits related to calibration and quality assurance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Diploma / Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in calibration or instrumentation. Minimum of 2 years of experience in calibration of measurement and test equipment. Strong understanding of calibration standards and quality assurance practices.

Preferred:

Certification from a recognized calibration organization. Experience with automated calibration systems and software. Familiarity with ISO 9001 , ISO 17025 or other quality management systems.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Proficient with calibration equipment and tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and pressure gauges. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. Experience with data analysis and reporting software.
