Sr Technician, Calibration **POSITION SUMMARY:** We are looking for a meticulous Calibration Technician to join our team at. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our measurement and testing equipment operates accurately and reliably, supporting our commitment to quality and precision in our products and services. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Conduct routine calibration and maintenance on various measurement and testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards. + Document calibration procedures, results, and any necessary adjustments in accordance with regulatory requirements. + Utilize advanced calibration equipment and software to analyze and document results effectively. + Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement calibration protocols and schedules. + Identify and troubleshoot issues with calibration equipment, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. + Maintain accurate calibration records and assist in audits as required. + Conduct detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting of calibration discrepancies and equipment failures + Participate in internal and external audits related to calibration and quality assurance. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Diploma / Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in calibration or instrumentation. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in calibration of measurement and test equipment. + Strong understanding of calibration standards and quality assurance practices. Preferred: + Certification from a recognized calibration organization. + Experience with automated calibration systems and software. + Familiarity with ISO 9001 , ISO 17025 or other quality management systems. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies + Proficient with calibration equipment and tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and pressure gauges. + Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. + Experience with data analysis and reporting software.
