This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise across our production packaging lines and process formulation, ensuring smooth execution and alignment of technical definitions. You will lead the technical transfer, experimental orders, and plant qualifications for new projects, and act as a liaison between various teams to ensure project success. **In this role, you will:** + **Lead Plant Qualification & Experimental Orders:** Oversee and coordinate the technical execution of new initiatives, including product launches, cost-saving projects, and packaging machinery updates. Organize and facilitate project meetings, develop timelines, and ensure all milestones are met according to the processes defined by Production Services LATAM. + **Technical Project Management:** Drive the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures for new products and processes. Ensure alignment of technical requirements and expectations across stakeholders, including Integration, Manufacturing, SCL, and R&D teams. + **Supplier & Co-Packer Qualification:** Lead the qualification process for new alternative suppliers and co-packers, ensuring compliance with quality standards. + **Liaison Between Teams:** Act as the main technical contact between PSO, R&D, and Manufacturing for new product launches and ongoing initiatives. + **Budget Management:** Plan and control the local budget for testing, trials, and execution of technical initiatives. Manage local and regional budget controls to ensure cost-effective operations. + **Process Improvement & Support:** Contribute to the Continuous Cost Efficiency Management (CCEM) process, offering technical follow-up and supporting all supply assurance projects. Ensure all projects meet the DQ (Design Qualification) and PDM (Process Development Management) requirements that directly impact local operations. + **People Development:** Manage people processes (My GPS, IDP, Career Interests, etc.), ensuring team development and alignment with organizational goals. \#LI-HYBRID **What we look for:** + **Experience:** + 5+ years in operations (Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) + 2-3 years in project management + 2-3 years in technical work (Packaging/Process) + **Skills:** + Strong analytical and decision-making abilities + Effective teamwork and communication skills + Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills + Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment + **Technical Proficiency:** + Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office + **Language:** Advanced proficiency in English + **Education Requirements:** + A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent experience (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.) **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
