Join our team as Sr Technical Project Manager! **Core Responsibilities** + Drive strategic Logistics Projects and ensure that customer satisfaction towards delivery quality, time and cost are delivered in high quality. + Take ownership and ensure coherence, communication and collaboration both upwards and downwards in the organization, including ongoing dialogue with GM on site. + Drive complex technical projects and logistic process deliveries together with key technical partners across functional areas such as Quality, EHS and IT. + Lead the project by fostering a strong collaborative environment within the team and with local key partners, while also serving as a role model and mentor to inspire and motivate new team members. + Actively use innovation to create and provide recommendations for the next strategic improvement such as capacity improvement on machines, new technology equipment and processes. + Encourage and inspire people to be open-minded and flexible to ideas from others, work positively with resilience and change management. + Proactively engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritization. + Involve and engage with team colleagues in global MD&I Logistics to share/gain learnings and develop capabilities. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Manufacturing Design & Implementation is a global organization of project managers, project assistants and technology specialists with a wide knowledge and a diverse set of backgrounds. The Senior Project Manager in the "MD&I" organization will focus on the identification, development, and execution of concrete technical projects, including improvements and best practices. This role will encompass A&D projects, sustainability initiatives, and the optimization of existing production processes and equipment capacity, primarily at our manufacturing sites. **Do you have what it takes?** + Relevant educational background within Logistics and supply chain management or engineering + Global business understanding and experience within project management for technical equipment development and installations + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in running complex projects (local and globally) with responsibility for budgets, time and quality + Global leadership skills within stakeholder management, communication, networking and conflict handling + Able to travel up to 30-40 days in a year.
