The Senior Project Manager in the "MD&I" organization will focus on the identification, development, and execution of concrete technical projects, including improvements and best practices. This role will encompass A&D projects, sustainability initiatives, and the optimization of existing production processes and equipment capacity, primarily at our manufacturing sites. **Do you have what it takes?** + Relevant educational background within Logistics and supply chain management or engineering + Global business understanding and experience within project management for technical equipment development and installations + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in running complex projects (local and globally) with responsibility for budgets, time and quality + Global leadership skills within stakeholder management, communication, networking and conflict handling + Able to travel up to 30-40 days in a year.
