As a Sr Tech Supp Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of support specialists, ensuring the successful execution of technical support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Hsinchu City location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our technical support operations by managing a team, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Facilitate support for material and process performance, product qualifications, and corrective actions. + Maintain effective application support for Honeywell's Target products, focusing on technology requirements, quality, and performance. + Lead field engineering efforts for targets and related products within the designated region. + Ensure responsiveness to product application issues and own technical deliverables while fostering customer relationships. + Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams at semiconductor companies. + Develop relationships with key engineers and managers. + Engage hands-on with customer engineering and manufacturing teams for product, process, and equipment configurations. + Identify, coordinate, and assess technical performance and risks. + Stay updated on advanced technology trends and competitor insights. + Collaborate with offering and Program Managers to develop technology roadmaps. + Provide regional technical assistance, including presentations and coordinating engineering support (on-site and remote). + Work with Sales, Program Managers, and Operations to meet deadlines and ensure timely closure of deliverables and corrective actions. **YOU MUST HAVE** + A minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly with major manufacturers, equipment OEMs, or material suppliers. + At least 3 years of technical experience in metal deposition, with a strong understanding of Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) technology. + Experience with metallurgical laboratory evaluation techniques. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Quick learner with the ability to comprehend technical materials and concepts. + Detail-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision. + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. + A Bachelor’s degree in materials science, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
