We are looking for leaders who know how to get stuff done, and are willing to dive deep to learn what they don't know. You will need to have an ability to THINK BIG to solve complicated, complex, and long-term issues, without the benefit of institutional support elements. Your insights across building programs will inform complex, multi-disciplinary technical teams, often with competing priorities, to build confidence in design decision making.
