As part of UKG’s Talent Acquisition team, the Senior Recruiter will focus on hiring for all functional areas in ANZSEA. This person will be part of a fast-paced team that cultivates and develops strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as vendors to influence decision-making and attract top talent. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing, pipelining, interviewing, and managing candidates through the offer negotiation process). About the role: + Act as talent advisor to management by developing and driving recruitment strategies in a highly competitive market. + Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process. + Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events. + Champion and ensure an impressive candidate experience through communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format. + Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and sourcing strategies. + Promote company brand with different vendors and at various recruiting events. About you: Qualifications: + 5+ years of successful recruiting experience in fast-paced environment strongly preferred. + In-depth knowledge of full-cycle including sourcing, competency-based interviewing, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management. + Ability to drive change and influence through data and metrics. + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency. + Demonstrated experience talent advising through the research and presentation of data to influence hiring decisions.
