As a global **Talent Acquisition Team** , we focus on finding great talents, anticipating business needs, and supporting our hiring managers to hire successfully. We are aiming for successful long-term hires and driving an innovative recruiting process with a great candidate experience.
We are currently looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be aligned to our G&A (Corporate) and Marketing departments.
**Your role in the team:**
+ Full-cycle recruitment for corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) and marketing teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
+ Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
+ Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement.
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professionalism.
+ Maintain and update ATS records, ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
**What will help you succeed**
+ Proven experience recruiting for corporate and marketing roles, ideally in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
+ Previous experience of multi-country recruitment, ideally within EMEA
+ Ability to manage high volume of open roles
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
+ Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
