**Job Summary** We are seeking a Lead Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SPFx and SharePoint with a preference for those with experience in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts contributing to impactful solutions without the need for travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of SharePoint solutions using SPFx to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. + Oversee the implementation of SharePoint frameworks ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications. + Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference. + Ensure the scalability and performance of SharePoint applications optimizing for efficiency and reliability. + Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system integrity. + Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and SPFx technologies integrating new features and improvements as appropriate. + Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes identifying opportunities for enhancement. + Support the deployment and maintenance of SharePoint applications ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction. + Collaborate with domain experts in R&D Preclinical and Clinical to tailor solutions that meet specific industry needs. **Qualifications** + Demonstrated expertise in SPFx and SharePoint development with a strong understanding of their frameworks and capabilities. + Experience in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements. + Proven ability to lead and manage development projects delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. + Familiarity with agile development methodologies contributing to efficient and flexible project management. + Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest technological advancements in SharePoint and SPFx.
