At AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future—you’ll build it. **What you’ll do:** + Analyzes RAN data to recommend optimal changes to RAN network to improve all key indexes and performance indicators + May include engineering, design, development, test, implementation, maintenance, RF optimization, capacity management, performance management, encryption, and/or troubleshooting of satellite networks and Teleports, including underlying routing + Field engineering work with average overnight travel of 25% **What you’ll need:** As a Sr Specialist RAN Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing installation, maintenance, and optimization, and/or performance of wireless radio access network communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition and ancillary equipment.
