The Treasury Analytics & Reporting team is a specialized team within our Corporate Treasury department. We are responsible for balance sheet data science, treasury process and platform automation, business intelligence, and providing analytical insights and reports to support treasury operations and decision-making. The team focuses on transforming manual processes into automated, robust solutions while delivering comprehensive reporting and analysis. We are looking for a Sr Specialist with strong analytical and technical skills who will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of treasury analytics, data science and automation solutions. One of the key initial responsibilities would be to support the development of robust and automated data infrastructure along with process optimization projects. In addition, the individual would be: **What you have** **Required Skills:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 2+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, treasury operations, or data analytics + 1+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming and data analysis + Strong understanding of financial concepts, balance sheet components, and treasury operations + Experience with data visualization tools, Web App and Tableau experience is a plus + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data and metrics + Experience with process automation and workflow optimization + Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and analysis techniques + Familiarity with agile development and project management methodologies + Critical-thinking skills with ability to identify process improvement opportunities\ **Preferred Skills:** + Experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Financial Services industry is a plus + Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and ETL processes + Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub) and development best practices + Experience with cloud technologies and data platforms + Ability to interpret key financial trends and metrics and leverage them for actionable insights + Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills for interacting throughout all levels of the organization + Experience with regulatory reporting or compliance processes **What you'll do:** + Working closely with treasury stakeholders and team members to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and automation solutions. + Performing data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python and other analytical tools like Big Query, Power BI, etc. + Creating interactive dashboards and visualizations to support treasury reporting needs. + Supporting data modeling, process optimization, and ensuring deliverables meet both functional and operational requirements. + Assisting in planning, scheduling, and coordination of technical activities related to treasury automation projects. + Ensuring solutions align with best practices and following established development methodologies. + Collaborating with technology teams and other departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical solutions. + Contributing to process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for automation. + Supporting the identification of opportunities for system reuse and process simplification.
