Job Summary:

This job involves independent collaboration to enhance process quality and efficiency. The specialist works beyond defined processes to address complex issues and oversees team performance. Engaging with clients to understand their needs, they implement best practices to ensure effective integration solutions that align with operational excellence and business objectives.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborate with deployment teams and product development teams to diagnose and resolve issues encountered during product integration.Act as the primary technical point of contact for the merchant for all implementation-related activities throughout the integration lifecycle.Facilitate setting up of test accounts, provide technical development support, and guide the merchant through testing, validation, certification pre-launch activities, and post-sales performance.Be customer-facing as the technical lead and drive technical conversations that result in the delivery of the project.Provide customer support via phone and chat and troubleshoot technical issues.Advise management and appropriate groups on support issues impacting customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actions.Demonstrate a clear understanding of merchants' product, process, and technical requirements of payment processing across all channels and the ability to match these with existing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

Expert in web and mobile technologies including Web Services, APIs, REST, HTML/HTTP, iOS, Android and leading web and mobile application frameworks.

Practical experience in multiplemajor programming languages (C++, Objective-C, C#, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, .NET, PHP, Python).

Exceptional communication skills,in English and French,both written and verbal.

Ability to successfully interact and dynamically adapttocommunication styles with all levels of client organizations including C-level executives, middle management, finance and operations, technical/IT staff, and line personnel.

Ability to quickly assess and troubleshoot most integration issues

Effectivetime management skills to work with multiple external customers concurrently.

Self –learner for most of the topics on new products with proficiently designedsolutions and deliver integrations with both off the shelf and customized products.

Strong presentation skills (Presenting to Business units andTechnicalteams)

Less than 10% travel.

Preferred Experience

2+years of experiencewith Payments (Credit Card, Banking, Online, Offline). Comprehensive knowledgeis highly valuedincommerce systems,paymentsgateways and payment processors.

Broadknowledgeof technical concepts and payment processing as it relates to company products and integration.
