Sr Specialist, Credentialing, Network and Payor Relations

Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Maintain up to date credentials for entire network of participating health plansCultivate and maintain on-going payer relationships and Medicaid enrollments.Adhere to cyclical renewal, retrieval, and updates per profileWork closely with third party vendors to identify data needs and execute updates when requiredReport results and outcomes of network status to management at regular intervalsRespond to third party/managed care requests in a timely mannerProvide existing customers and third-party vendors with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to credentialing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunityProvide product service information to customers and identifies opportunities to maintain customer relationships so they can remain in good standing.Comply with laws and regulations as they pertain to services provided by the Company. This includes supporting and demonstrating compliance with the Company’s Compliance and HIPAA Plans.Promptly report any information regarding a known or suspected violation of any applicable laws, regulations, standards or company policy.Represent the culture and values of the Company to other groups, agencies and the general public, and ensure accuracy of public information materials.Attend all required Compliance, HIPAA and other scheduled training.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Managed Care preferred2-4 years experience in health care preferredPharmacy Technician experience a plus, not requiredFamiliarity with Medicare and MedicaidProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel VLOOKUPS)Strong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized with attention to detail
