Sr Specialist, Credentialing, Network and Payor Relations
Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. **_Responsibilities:_** + Maintain up to date credentials for entire network of participating health plans + Cultivate and maintain on-going payer relationships and Medicaid enrollments. + Adhere to cyclical renewal, retrieval, and updates per profile + Work closely with third party vendors to identify data needs and execute updates when required + Report results and outcomes of network status to management at regular intervals + Respond to third party/managed care requests in a timely manner + Provide existing customers and third-party vendors with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to credentialing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity + Provide product service information to customers and identifies opportunities to maintain customer relationships so they can remain in good standing. + Comply with laws and regulations as they pertain to services provided by the Company. This includes supporting and demonstrating compliance with the Company’s Compliance and HIPAA Plans. + Promptly report any information regarding a known or suspected violation of any applicable laws, regulations, standards or company policy. + Represent the culture and values of the Company to other groups, agencies and the general public, and ensure accuracy of public information materials. + Attend all required Compliance, HIPAA and other scheduled training. **_Qualifications_** + Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Managed Care preferred + 2-4 years experience in health care preferred + Pharmacy Technician experience a plus, not required + Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel VLOOKUPS) + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Organized with attention to detail **_What is expected of you and others at this level_** + Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks + Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity + Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve + Applies judgment within defined parameters + Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects + Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy + Work with outside vendors to ensure compliance and network integrity is met + Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word), Salesforce and Adobe applications **Anticipated salary range:** $56,200 - $72,360 **Bonus eligible:** No **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application window anticipated to close:** 09/23/2025 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
