Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. **_Responsibilities:_** + Maintain up to date credentials for entire network of participating health plans + Cultivate and maintain on-going payer relationships and Medicaid enrollments. + Adhere to cyclical renewal, retrieval, and updates per profile + Work closely with third party vendors to identify data needs and execute updates when required + Report results and outcomes of network status to management at regular intervals + Respond to third party/managed care requests in a timely manner + Provide existing customers and third-party vendors with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to credentialing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity + Provide product service information to customers and identifies opportunities to maintain customer relationships so they can remain in good standing. + Comply with laws and regulations as they pertain to services provided by the Company.
