And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts. **Job Summary** The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's financial activities, ensuring that accounts payable and receivable operations, investment management, and accounting processes are conducted effectively and within stipulated deadlines. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + **Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable** : Efficiently manage all aspects related to payments and receipts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and established deadlines. Perform bank reconciliations and accounting audits. + **Investment Control and Banking Management** : Monitor the company's financial investments and manage relationships with financial institutions to optimize conditions and rates. + **Foreign Exchange Processes** : Conduct foreign exchange closing operations. + **Preparation of Management Reports** : Prepare detailed financial reports that support the analysis of financial performance and strategic decision-making. + **Accounting Routines** : Participate in the accounting closing process, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with audits to maintain fiscal compliance. + **Credit and Collection** : Adhere to policies and effectively perform credit and collection procedures, minimizing financial risks. + **Collaboration with Controllership** : Work closely with the Controllership, ensuring the integration of financial information in monthly analyses and reports. **Additional Responsibilities** + Rotinas Contábeis: Participar do processo de fechamento contábil, garantir a integridade dos dados e colaborar com auditorias para manutenção de conformidade fiscal. + Crédito e Cobrança: Atentar-se às políticas e realizar os procedimentos de crédito e cobrança de forma eficaz, minimizando riscos financeiros. + Colaboração com Controladoria: Trabalhar em colaboração próxima com a Controladoria, garantindo a integração das informações financeiras nas análises e relatórios mensais. **Education** + **Academic Background** : Degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related areas. **Work Experience** + Considerable experience in senior financial roles, preferably with a background in accounting and financial management. + **Technical Skills** : Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and a solid understanding of financial and accounting practices. + Will be considered an advantage the skills in SAP modules: Hana and Business One **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + **Mandatory** : Fluent Spanish (the professional will be responsible for dealing with clients and suppliers from South America). + Strong analytical ability, effective communication skills. + Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency will be an additional advantage. **Travel Requirements** 5%: Up to 13 business days per year West is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
