Responsible for planning, analyzing and budgeting management. + Support of the Category Manager + Execute operationally, complex sourcing activities, manage the delivery of savings targets + Applies the seven steps of sourcing processes + Run RFX, e-sourcing or auction projects + Participate in vendors QBRs, encourage supplier's innovation + Work with stakeholders to establish clear business needs + Holds suppliers accountable for delivery using performance data + Partners with the business stakeholders on a broad range of assigned categories + Establishes a negotiation plan with clarity of desired outcomes + Work with cross-functional Business Stakeholders to establish requirements + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the appropriate supplier performance measurements (KPIs) + Identifies improvement on existing processes + Builds quantitative models to support vendor selection and decision-making TRAVEL: None REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in business analytics, business logistics, or related, plus 2 years of experience as a business analyst, strategic sourcing analyst, or related. Experience must include 2 years in strategic sourcing, vendor management, data analysis, leading strategic sourcing projects, SWOT analysis, run data and reports search, analyze expense reports through Microsoft Excel, create pivot tables and pivot charts post statistical analysis, statistics and data modeling, SRM Supplier Relationship Management, Advanced Excel Data Analysis, perform predictive analysis, conduct comprehensive market research, identify suitable suppliers and negotiate terms, analyze historic supplier performance results and past expense costs, Bloomberg, Salesforce, Govwin, Power BI & Tableau; Experience may be gained concurrently.
