Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer will lead feature development from analysis through execution, applying broad application development expertise. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, they will design, code, test, and support scalable applications for high-impact customer solutions. They will develop backend services and APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and cloud technologies, while supporting frontend needs as required. This role requires creativity, curiosity, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and improve processes. Responsibilities include defining development activities, writing high-quality maintainable code, and contributing to technical discussions. The engineer will foster team collaboration through knowledge sharing and clear communication, and participate in on-call production support. Staying current with industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the team is essential.
