Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Central Dispatch in Logistics, you’ll contribute to the evolution of the country’s largest self-managed auto transportation platform. You’ll help design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable systems that connect shippers with a vast network of carriers. This role focuses on design, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement—driving innovation in logistics through clean code and thoughtful architecture.

Your Role

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related fieldProficiency in C#, React and SQLAble to be in-office a minimum of two, 8-hr working days per week

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud experience (AWS preferred)Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, or a strong curiosity and desire to incorporate AI into future development workExperience breaking down large concepts into actionable feature sets
