Business Acumen: Apply SDLC principles and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, software and product security, scalability, and testing techniques Strong problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments Strong Analytical & Debugging skills. Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective Provide domain knowledge and/or technical leadership to the team and mentor junior members.
