The position is for Software Eng Assistant Manager in CMADS, Aero EOPS at HTS India.The responsibilities include –Leading & driving Automation and digitalization strategy for Aerospace COEs.Drives a team which designs and develops automation artifacts (scripts, functions, scenarios, processes) for simple to complex automated situations using various tools.Leads development of automated solutions through computer programming in Python, MS Sharepoint, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SQL, Visual Basic, Java, ReactJS, AngularDevelops and reports various metrics to global leadership.Actively engages with key customers, stakeholders and cross functional teams to achieve business objectives. Selects the best talent in the industry, build & nurtures talent and focuses on holistic people development. Sets employee goals and manages achievement. Provides guidance and direction to promote employee development.A change agent and a practitioner of organizational initiatives. Responsible for grooming ‘Technical Capabilities’ in the team and retain the core and niche skills.Anticipates industry trends. Engineering Degree in / Computer/ IT / Electronics Engineering 10+ years of experience in software development \\managing software life cycle activitiesCandidate must have applicable experience and knowledge of the Agile software development processes and toolsProgram Management experience for > 5 yearsPMP certified is an added advantage
