What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Partner with key business units within Marketing to lead program and agency management efforts.Play a pivotal role in cross-functional marketing planning and execution.Manage projects with creativity and precision, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.Lead with strategic insight, solve problems with confidence, and manage tasks with clarity and logic.Key ProjectsCreators Program: Support and expand initiatives that empower store partners to create content and amplify the program’s reach.Daily ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary project management lead for high-visibility social media influencer and programmatic campaigns.Immerse yourself in our culture, ensuring all programs reflect our Mission and Values.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables—anticipating challenges and escalating risks when needed.Build and maintain strong relationships across business units to ensure seamless campaign execution.Influence and improve cross-functional planning, communication, and integration to meet KPIs.Lead agency relationships through the full creative lifecycle—from briefing to production and delivery.Track and analyze program performance, integrating insights into future initiatives.What You Bring7+ years of experience in project and program management, preferably in marketing or creative environments.Expertise in managing complex, large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence at all levels.Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive clarity in matrixed organizations.Experience managing creative agencies and marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.Preferred SkillsProject ManagementDigital & Social Media MarketingInfluencer & Creator StrategyMarketing Campaign ExecutionProduct MarketingMedia StrategyChange ManagementTeam CultureHighly collaborative and interactiveCommitted to meeting deadlines and delivering excellenceRooted in shared values and a passion for innovationPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $76.00/hr.
