The primary focus of this position is to implement Kronos time applications that integrate with an established SAP time management system.  This engagement is likely to extend to 6/30/2016
Time Consultant – Kronos
SAP SKILLS REQUIRED:
o SAP ERP ECC6.0 and/or public sector experience is preferred.o A complete understanding of SAP time management is required.  Emphasis of this experience should be in the integration with Kronos time management systems.o Experience with SAP interface techniques for inbound and outbound fileso General systems development skills: o Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical systems design.o Technical skills necessary to deliver the business requirements.  Also required is the ability to integrate the new development initiative within the existing SAP time management system in order to maintain continuity of operational processes. o Ability to write test scripts and to conduct unit test, systems test, and integration test.o Organizational skills necessary to co-ordinate development objects for an orderly implementation.o Experience with Microsoft desktop tools
KRONIS SKILLS REQUIRED:
o Previous experience implementing a Kronos time management application with SAP.  The primary focus of this position is to implement Kronos time applications that integrate with an established SAP time management system.o Develop/test Kronos time management configuration to execute COPA business requirements.o Experience with Kronos Workforce Central v7o Experience with Kronos time collection InTouch deviceso Experience with Telestaff is preferred but not required
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER:
o Written communication skills to adequately document work conducted on behalf of CoPA.o Oral communication skills to train and/or inform CoPA time management staff of all implemented assignments. o The ability to communicate successfully to agency and central time management functional subject matter experts.
