What you'll do Docusign’s engineering organization is looking to hire a passionate and hands-on Automation Developer (SDET) to join our Automation team in India. In this role, you can have a direct impact on the most visible and crucial products in the company. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. SDET Manager. Responsibility Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reusable automation frameworks for Salesforce applications Develop automated test suites for UI Path, and backend components across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) Work closely with product managers, developers, admins, and release managers to understand requirements and integrate test strategies into agile delivery pipelines Conduct code reviews, mentor junior SDETs, and provide technical leadership in test design and automation Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with user stories and acceptance criteria Drive and implement test data management, mocking strategies, and performance testing for Salesforce integrations and flows Participate in release readiness reviews, test signoffs, and defect triage meetings Partner with the Salesforce COE team to standardize QA practices and promote QA best practices across global teams Own test coverage metrics, dashboarding, and reporting quality KPIs to leadership Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles with at least 3 years in Salesforce ecosystem testing Proficient in Apex testing, testing, and API automation tools like Postman or RestAssured Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, and automated deployment tools Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce integrations with external systems (e.g., Mulesoft, Workday, Oracle) Preferred Strong knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, Java/Python, and automation frameworks Familiarity with Test Management tools such as Zephyr Deep understanding of QA best practices, testing methodologies, and Agile/Scrum frameworks Salesforce certifications Experience with Performance Testing tools such as JMeter or k6 Knowledge of DevSecOps, or security testing practices Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
