Here, you’ll collaborate with world-class experts to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. **Job Responsibilities** + Manage client’s sample materials, including daily courier runs, labeling, shipping preparations, and inventory management. + Coordinate critical temperature control chambers, including rotational after-hours cell phone coverage. + Deliver on contractual commitments, track business metrics, monitor inboxes, and close work orders per service level agreements. + Adhere strictly to SOPs, safety procedures, and prepare for site audits using client computer systems. + Follow Good Documentation Practices in all record-keeping. + Support Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives to drive process improvement culture. + Professionally represent Thermo Fisher Scientific across customer locations. **Job Requirements** Education + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
