This Position reports to:

Sales Engineer


 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for aggressively driving the sales in Mexico of B&R’s products/systems/services within a designated market, in line with the division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satis-faction. Focuses on identifying and developing new sales opportunities and closing deals.

This role is contributing to the B&R division of Machine Automation of the ABB Group (RAMA) in Queretaro.

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Proactively sells B&R Industrial Automation products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, pro-motes their understanding of B&R’s complete product/systems/services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.
• Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Creates added value for the customer and B&R and ensures the successful outcome of transac-tions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
• Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Find new customers and prospect them to generate a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in sales within industrial automation or technology, with experience managing interna-tional accounts.
• Proven ability to prospect and close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industrial automation products and systems, with the ability to communicate technical benefits. Proficiency in B&R solutions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Availability to travel within Mexico (50%) and occasionally abroad; a US visa is preferable.
• Experience with CRM and sales management software.
