Sr Sales Representative - Terminal Gauging

Be the front-line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events as well as foster channel partner relationships. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP).
You will report directly to the Sales Director and work remotely. The territory for this role covers western US.
Key Responsibilities
+ Responsible for Order, Revenue and Margin AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for Terminal Gauging Business in AMER
+ Grow win rate & market share new builds, drive price premium working with end-users/own owner benefit document/value proposition
+ Work closely with sales, operations and leadership to establish strategies, drive results and improve customer relationship, as measured by retained customers, new customers, order value growth metrics
+ Responsible for guiding order management team on creating compelling/competitive quotations to increase chance of winning
+ Gain technical expertise on the terminal gauging portfolio to establish credibility with stake internal and external stake holders
+ Driving innovation on offerings and products through deep understanding of market, product insights and competition
+ Support Marketing to help bring effective vale propositions, compelling arguments to position Honeywell Terminal Gauging offerings v/s competition
+ Business development activities/work with channel partners
+ Strong MOS (Management Operating System) with channel partners to drive YOY performance at the region and customer level
+ Travel 60%

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $110,000 - $130,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $120,000 - $140,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Must Have
+ 5+ years experience in similar role in Terminal Gauge industry
+ Strong knowledge of tank gauging/instrumentation market with business management mindset
