Sr Sales Representative
**Hi-tech Sales specialist: PMC Hitech Gas Detection in Japan, Honeywell** Hi-tech sales specialist is responsible for the development of all sales activities for PMC Hi-tech across Japan. Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at expanding the customer based Japan, specifically focused on gas detector opportunities across Honeywell wide offerings. Ensure coordinated sales activities, leveraging the Regional/Country Sales Managers, as well as the COE, Marketing, Offering management and Engineering team. Key Deliverables will be to win the opportunities with defining strategies and initiatives across Japan. Leading and delivering on Hi-tech LoB’s AOP of PMC Japan and revenue goals from our focused strategic accounts. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** -Extensive experience of sales and/or service in semiconductor industry. Experience in gas detector industry and gas / chemical / safety will be preferred. -Or Working experience in semi-conductor companies in Japan like as Micron, Kioxia, Rapidus, Renesas etc or semiconductor equipment companies like as TEL, LAM Research, ASML, Applied materials etc. -Experience manoeuvring through complex customer organization effectively to find key Decision makers, sponsors. -Experienced in complex sales: including engaging early in the customer buying cycle at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships; team selling and opportunity planning. -Ability to understand gas detector Industry & customer challenges and work with internal stakeholders to develop solutions to meet them -Experience planning, developing and executing sales campaigns or programs for sales opportunities. -Organize & Participate Regional Roadshows, Technology summits to develop Opportunity pipeline. -Demonstrate ability to motivate other sales people with drive and energy resulting in aggressive growth. -Ability to work effectively in Matrix organization including Sales, LOB, Marketing and deliver results -Capture accurate voice of customer for marketing and engineering to develop valuable features which create the real values to customers. -Handling customer escalated issues in complex situation to a mutually agreeable resolution. -Ensure CRM (Salesforce.com) is kept up to date & accurate with in-depth knowledge of the tools. -Handle time effectively to ensure a timely plan of customer interaction and optimized return. -Healthy, Energetic, Passionate, Positive / Adaptable, tenacious and collaborative. -Demonstrate strong leadership attributes -Ability to work in pressurized and competitive environment. -Willingness to travel through the given region as the business and opportunities demand – occasionally at short notice. **Key R&R:** -Customer Relationship Management (Existing & New Clients) -Pipeline Development (> 4 Time AOP) -Develop New Accounts and position Honeywell as their Automation Partner -Develop Strategies along with Local & APAC leadership teams to win Projects -Maximize competitive wins by understanding the competition’s portfolio and strategies -Develop eco system around Honeywell including Partners/SI, EPC, End Users & OEM’s **MUST HAVE:** -Bachelor’s degree or above -English communication skill -Minimum 7 years in sales and/or sales management -Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor related industries **WE VALUE:** -Significant experience with human networks in semiconductor related industries -Domain knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and facilities -Engineering background such as electronics and chemistry -Excellent communication and presentation skills in English -Comfortable in dealing with individuals at senior levels -Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization -Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
