Define and operate NPI planning & governance processes across cross-functional GTM teams, to ensure the right investment levels for product success & the ability to pivot plans and respond swiftly to customer needsInfluence and work cross-functionally to align functional plansEnsuring comprehensive planning including post sale readinessDefine & manage KPI’s (leading, lagging indicators) across product lifecycleAccountable for driving accountability for action plans cross-functionally to improve KPI’sMobilize and lead a variety of initiatives across the NPI transformation portfolio, including digitization and automation projectsDrive projects from inception to completion, ensuring all workstream deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and with qualityPartner closely with enterprise business planning teams to provide visibility and transparency to strategic prioritiesConduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data driven recommendations to enable leadership decisionsDeliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadershipContinuously apply a customer / partner lens across the customer journey to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve NPI objectives.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:
7+ years of relevant experience in operational roles, including project and budget management, with a proven track record of delivering business and organizational outcomes.Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Strong business acumen, with the ability to prioritize tasks and see the "big picture."Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage change and ambiguity while maintaining a strong action-oriented drive.High energy, strong work ethic, and disciplined execution skills with a commitment to delivering results.Waltham Office based 2/+ days a week.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
