Sr Sales Manager
As a **Sr Sales Manager** here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. + Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. + Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. + Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. + Passion for sales and achieving results. + Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
