**I. Job Summary**
Acts as a liaison between Sales and Operations on processes, customer requirements, and sales needs with an overall objective of increasing and improving the quality of time spent with Customers by the Sales Organization. A Sr. Project Manager, Sales Enablement (PM) facilitates process alignment between Sales and Operations and owns the process development/refinement, communication, change management, and monitoring within the National Accounts Sales Organization. The Sr. PM role is the subject matter expert for all direct/indirect Sales processes and a resource to support skill building and process improvement within the Sales Organization, leading to improved retention and growth results for WM National Accounts.
**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
**Formalized Collaboration and Process Implementation**
+ Solicit key stakeholder input/insight in a formal and objective way.
+ Using stakeholder input, analyze and present data in support of requested process improvement and design sessions.
+ Participate in process design sessions with the intent of representing the best interests of the sales organization and customers.
+ Track status of projects, build & maintain timelines, manage risks/issues, and communicate project status to appropriate leadership.
+ Document and communicate new or changes to existing processes in a clear & concise manner.
+ Work within the assigned sales segments to ensure adoption of process/technical changes are effectively and efficiently rolled out and maintained.
+ Monitor and measure results for improvement and future modifications.
**Enablement Services**
+ Determine areas of need for training and development across the sales organization and design programs to meet development needs.
+ Administer training and skills development as needed for respective sales segments.
+ Work with Learning & Development to craft onboarding & regular training needs.
+ Occasionally backup Program Managers when they take time off and process spec governance, tickets, and any other escalations as needed.
+ Customer launch expert for assigned sales segment.
+ Subject matter expert in sales process may be asked to perform PM responsibilities as needed.
**Enablement Operations**
+ Maintain database of processes and SOPs for Program Managers to successfully do their job. Ensure completeness for customer specific SOPs.
+ Craft consistent communications and talking points to be used by the team when needed.
**III. Supervisory Responsibilities**
+ This job has no supervisory duties; may assist with training and onboarding less senior team members.
**IV. Qualifications**
The requirements listed below are representative qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Sales/Account Management, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and seven (7) years of relevant experience.
+ Experience: Seven (7) years or more of previous relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). Formal Project management experience preferred.

+ Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) rarely.
+ Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements sometimes.
+ Normal setting for this job is an office setting, but could require travel to field locations - Remote or Hybrid (preference would be based in CT Area).
The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $95,000 - $112,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
