Job Description

You will present our world-class products, understand customer requirements, and supply to the development of impactful marketing collateral, improving our sales team's efficiency.

Responsibilities and Results

Implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, applications, and products within targeted segments, ensuring projects align with pipeline growth objectives.Collaborate with regional sales managers to develop and supervise annual operational plans, providing quarterly updates and promptly addressing any deviations.Conduct joint customer visits with the sales team to identify application needs, decision criteria, and competitive positioning, assisting in product promotion for specific opportunities.Partner with account managers, marketing, application specialists, and R&D teams to resolve technical and customer support issues effectively.Support the introduction of new products in China by facilitating beta testing, gathering feedback, and identifying potential new applications.Relay customer insights to product marketing managers and business units to inform product configurations or improvements, ensuring the Chinese market’s voice is represented.Assist in crafting sales collateral, including brochures, application notes, data sheets, and technical presentations, and represent the company at trade shows.Develop and present technical papers at professional conferences and author articles for industry publications.Conduct training sessions for the sales force on new products, applications, value propositions, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with demonstration lab staff to refine effective product demonstration techniques.
