Sr Retail & Projects Operations Manager
### **About the Role** We’re seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly influential problem solver to join Uber Eats’ Marketplace Product Champions team. In this senior role, you’ll help shape the Retail product vision for the LatAm business by driving key marketplace initiatives across workstreams. You’ll lead major retail product rollouts, ensure seamless launches, and deliver measurable impact. While you won’t own every project end-to-end, your role will be critical in aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, and translating ambiguity into clear action. As the bridge between LatAm Ops and Global Product teams, you’ll champion regional priorities, influence product roadmaps, and drive long-term improvements to courier experience, reliability, and cost efficiency.
