We’re offering a generous sign-on bonus to qualified candidates:

$12,000 for those with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment) $20,000 for those with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment)

What You’ll Do:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering advanced cardiopulmonary care. Your responsibilities will include:

Administering therapies such as Nitric Oxide (NO) and Tracheal Gas Insufflation (TGI) Working in diverse settings: OR, ED, Cath Lab, Recovery, Transport, and more Performing procedures like bronchoscopy, ABG analysis, PFTs, EEG, EKG, stress testing, and halter monitoring Monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment plans accordingly Assisting in code situations and transporting ventilated patients Mentoring students and supporting fellow team members as a senior resource
