Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experienceHigh School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experienceOpen to B2s (promotion) & B3s (lateral)Has not applied to the same role/ job family in the last 6 monthsMinimum of 3.0 / Meets/ Achieved on the last Performance RatingNo active DAs, PIPs / Not in a prescriptive period
