Sr Regional Business Manager
A Job posting does not exist for this global job code, please work with your HRG to develop one **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets for integration projects. + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the field of large integration projects. + Oversee the execution of building automation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgetary constraints, and timeline expectations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and project management to streamline operations and optimize project delivery. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements. + Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the large integration projects segment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering & design, implementation, and support for large integration projects.
