Sr Recruiter

      

We’re seeking a high-performing Lead Recruiter to spearhead talent acquisition for our growing Remote Advice channel. This team member will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier financial professionals to support our innovative, client-focused remote financial services model. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in full-desk recruiting within financial services—preferably under a W-2 employment structure—and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. 

This can be a remote position within the US.

         

          

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for financial advisors and related talent within the remote advice channel. Utilize various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events, to engage talent.  

Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate lead flow to achieve annual recruiting targets across multiple tools such as Linkedin, Indeed, etc. Manage candidate flow into both remote and growth hubs.  

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with our business goals. Be proficient in leveraging established best practices and identifying new ways to engage and attract talent.  

Manage a high candidate volume while maintaining a focus on candidate quality, speed, and efficiency. 

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to forecast talent needs and design customized recruitment strategies. 

Engage passive candidates through innovative, high-touch sourcing strategies that prioritized personalized outreach and long-term relationship building. 

Accurately track and manage candidate relationship management systems, Workday and Beamery, to ensure data accuracy through the selection process from application to offer.  

Utilize data and metrics to assess recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. 

Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding. 

Stay current on industry trends and competitive market intelligence related to remote financial advisory services. 

Work closely with field leaders, internal partners, and other recruiters to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and ensure consistency in messaging and candidate experience. 

Required Qualifications: 

5+ years of full-desk recruiting experience, with a strong preference for financial services industry expertise. 

Proven track record of recruiting financial advisors or similar talent under a W-2 model. 

Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and meeting aggressive hiring goals. 

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery, Workday preferred.  

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience recruiting for remote or hybrid advisory models. 

Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements relevant to financial professionals (e.g., FINRA Series 7, 65/66). 

Gains credibility quickly and coaches others through outstanding interpersonal skills.Expertly communicates and negotiates complex issues

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $92,538.00 - $125,199.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
