Sr R&D Manager

Honeywell's Energy and Sustainability Solutions (ESS) team is looking for a\ntalented EOPS GDM Leader to oversee our R&D Operations and development and\ndeployment of Global Design Model for ESS. The ideal candidate will have a\nsolid background in leading R&D team, engineering processes, and working\nwith cross-functional teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient\nexecution of GDM, enhancing operational efficiency, and promoting collaboration\nwithin our R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

KPI\n Management and Reporting:

Lead\n Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAP planning and execution.Monitor\n and manage expenses for the R&D team.Provide\n monthly reports on R&D KPIs and develop action plans for areas\n needing attention.

Project Management:

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of operations-related projects and initiatives.Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.Track progress and resolve any emerging issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate activities among R&D, product management, and other key stakeholders.Foster communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with R&D organizational goals.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for enhancing engineering operations and implement best practices.Develop and refine processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and deliver project status updates to management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.Ensure adherence to company policies and engineering standards.

The annual base salary\nrange for this position is $170,000.00 - $213,000.00. Please note that this salary\ninformation serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors\nwhen extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and\nresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education\nand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MUST HAVE:

A\n bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related\n field; a master’s degree would be preferred.Over\n 10 years of experience in program or project management within an R&D\n environment.Strong\n understanding of R&D operations and methodologies.Prior experience working with Chemical /Petrochemical Manufacturing Exceptional\n organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency\n in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Office\n 365).

Preferred Skills and experience:
