Sr Quality Eng Supervisor
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Implement and improve quality management system to ensure operation effectiveness and compliance with Honeywell global policy with continuous improvement, to make sure site comply with product and ISO quality requirements. + Pay attention to customer, legal and regulatory requirements, identify risks and opportunities, implement total quality management to improve customer satisfaction + Lead to deal with customer complaints and major quality accidents, organize cross-function teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions measures as well as systematic improvement measures. Effective communication with customers and cross function to drive customer satisfaction. + Establish and implement NPI quality control to ensure new products meet customer and design requirements, participate new product pilot run and lead problem solving in NPI phase. Drive high reliability and stable products for mass production. + Driving excellent manufacturing quality control, including incoming quality control, process quality control and outgoing quality control, promptly identify quality risks and organize teams to solve quality problems through CAMP/8D to ensure that products meet requirements through six sigma/Lean methodology and quality tools. + Take lead to related quality data collection and analysis based on BA global system, to identify improvement opportunities for improvement systemically. + Ensure the inspection equipment, tooling, and instrument resources meet the application requirements, coordinate and cooperate with R&D and engineering function to conduct product and process verification and validation. + Organize, manage and allocate appropriate resources, build an efficient team, cultivate outstanding talents, motivate, train and guide team to enhance work enthusiasm and professional skills, to drive positive and innovative quality culture. Ensuring quality management meets business development. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor's degree or above in electronic or mechanical fields. + 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, including experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools + Familiar with the quality management system and advanced quality management processes and methods, with a good sense of risk and improvement, and rich knowledge and application of quality tools (QFD, QFX, PFMEA, Control plan, 8D/RCCA, MSA, SPC). + Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting in-depth data analysis and drawing conclusions, thereby proposing improvement suggestions + Good communication skills, team spirit and a broad perspective, with the ability to handle emergencies. + Strong leadership skills, coaching and assisting colleagues, ability to influence and lead across a cross-functional organization, Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently. + Fluent in English listening and speaking, and proficient in writing. + Over 5 years of quality management or manufacturing engineering leadership experience.
