CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **About the role** This role will support the daily operations of the quality and compliance team at a Pharmaceutical/ Life Sciences client site. This is remote role but must be located near the Irving, TX site in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area with travel around 20-25% outside of Texas. **What you’ll do** + Responsible for routine site quality assurance and control measures including CAPAs, SCAR and GxP supplier management + Monitor site operations and determine compliance status with respect to local and global regulatory standards as well as customer-specific requirements defined in the Master Service Agreement or Quality Agreement + Lead the CBRE compliance program and participate in continuous improvement projects + Interfaces, partners and interacts with both CBRE and the client's functional areas and leadership teams + Appropriately communicate quality and compliance initiatives and/or issues to affected functional areas + Responsible for reporting compliance status to CBRE and/or the client through review meetings. + Report quality and compliance issues to CBRE and client management as appropriate + Adopting the “Inspection Readiness Program” for the site and regularly conducting audits, which include regular self-inspections by CBRE, the customer or inspections by external authorities such as the FDA + Responsible for managing all audits as a quality officer + Apply, implement and monitor functional quality standards + In addition to the tasks mentioned above, additional activities and responsibilities can be defined individually **What you’ll need** + Hold at least 4 years of related experience in Quality & Compliance including deviation management and root cause analysis investigations. + Familiarity with Life Sciences GXP requirements highly preferred. + Regulatory and health compliance/ regulations preferred. + Familiarity with ETQ software system is a plus. + Audit experience, presentation skills, relationship management/ communication **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive.
