If so, the SP-Support team is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic organization. SP-Support represents significant value to Amazon's online retail customers, and SP-Support drives success for these sellers through a combination of people, processes, and services. We are the primary interface between Selling Partners and Amazon, building communication tools that sellers use to receive help, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve the seller experience. Our team possesses a wealth of data regarding seller interactions, which we use to identify and drive improvements to our seller solutions across the Company. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our seller communication tools and NLP-powered solutions. You will work with teams across Product, Engineering, and Science to validate systems that harness the power of NLP and LLMs to extract insights, generate content, and create transformative experiences for our Selling Partners and Associates. Key job responsibilities - Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for SP-Support's seller communication tools and LLM-based systems - Partner with developers, product managers, and applied scientists to define quality requirements and create effective test approaches - Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios for functional and regression testing of seller support systems - Identify and document defects while performing root cause analysis of complex issues - Define and track key quality metrics to measure software quality and test effectiveness - Validate seller experience improvements across multiple communication channels Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience - 4+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QAE role - Experience in manual testing - Experience in automation testing Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of UI Automation (preferably on mobile platforms) experience - Knowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as C++, Java, Objective C Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
