Our DOMS team (Danish Oil Meter Services) was founded in 1958 and been working within forecourt automation since 1970, we have over 125,000 forecourt controllers in over 125 countries globally. Our current 6th generation controller (PSS 5000) t allows customers to integrate and control of all types of forecourt equipment like POS (point of sale), BOS (back office systems) and HOS (Head office systems).

The position will be based from our offices in Glostrup.

Purpose of the position
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to be responsible for improving customer satisfaction by assuring the quality of the products and services provided to DOMS’s global customers. In the position of Quality Engineer, the resource will manage the reactive quality process (CDT&R – Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution) and the proactive quality of the products and services provided by DOMS.

Key Responsibilities
•    CDT&R (Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution): collect customer claims and manage projects to close them with temporary and permanent countermeasures.
•    Quality assurance of DOMS development projects, including management of 3rd party equipment
•    Conduct DOMS Technical Training sessions

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•    Technical education including Electrician, Engineer, Electronics Technician
•    Previous experience with building and testing electrical/electronical systems incl. troubleshooting
•    Analytical, drive to root cause mentality
•    Innovative thinking and continuous improvement mindset
•    Clear and concise communication
•    Fluent English and Danish
