Skills and Requirements 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives.  Hands-on experience with MDM tool implementation (ideally Proficee)  Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior leadership.  Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and managing third-party relationships.  Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SPM).  Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data principles. Key Responsibilities:  Lead end-to-end project management for MDM tool implementation and other strategic initiatives.  Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align project goals with business objectives.  Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.  Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and issue resolution.  Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.  Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.  Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder updates.  Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance standards, and data management best practices. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
