Summary
SR Project Manager, Finance, Life Sciences, and Ventures
The Senior Project Manager, Finance, Life Science, and Ventures will lead strategic initiatives within our Life Sciences Incubator, focused on financial modeling, venture capital engagement, and business-to-business (B2B) deal structuring. In this role, you will be responsible for developing financial assumptions, conducting detailed critical analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and ensuring sound legal constructs for business deals. The position will also support capital-raising efforts for life sciences startups, author strategic recommendations, and work closely with investors, legal teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, venture capital, and understanding the legal aspects of structuring deals, especially in the life sciences industry.

At least 7 years of experience in the following: project management financial modeling, venture capital, and B2B deal structuring, particularly in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors. Experience working with life sciences startups, accelerators, or incubators, including familiarity with regulatory processes (e.g., FDA approvals, clinical trials). Experience with understanding of raising of capital for life sciences ventures, structuring B2B partnerships, and complex deals. Experience conducting detailed P&L analysis, cost/benefit assessments, and financial performance evaluations. Expertise in financial modeling, with a deep understanding of R&D, clinical trial costs, product commercialization, and the financial dynamics of life sciences ventures. Strong knowledge of legal constructs related to the life sciences industry, including licensing agreements joint ventures, and collaborations. Demonstrate a healthy sense of urgency and intellectual agility.Experience and Skills Requirements:

Experience working with life sciences startups, accelerators, or incubators, including familiarity with regulatory processes (e.g., FDA approvals, clinical trials). Experience conducting detailed P&L analysis, cost/benefit assessments, and financial performance evaluations. Proficiency with financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).Education Requirements:
