As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
+ Contribute to the success of the organization by partnering with assigned business units within Marketing to drive program and agency management.
+ Play a key role in cross-functional marketing planning and execution.
+ Approach project management with creativity and precision, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
+ Lead with a strategic mindset, solve problems with confidence, and manage tasks with logic and clarity.

• Creators Program, store partner support for those creating content to help expand the program .

Daily Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary project management contact for highly complex and visible social media influencer, programmatic work and lead cross functional team(s) managing programs or projects through the entire process from kickoff to completion.
• Immersing in our Starbucks culture & ensuring this employee-centric program is executed through the lens of our Mission & Values.
• Manage and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure expected results are delivered on time and within budget, with the ability to anticipate & mitigate challenges and escalate risk when necessary to successfully gain alignment on best path forward.
• Develop and manage strong client relationships across all assigned businesses and teams to flawlessly execute campaign work and optimize processes to further meet/exceeds Starbucks standards. This includes, understanding the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of assigned client businesses in order to provide value-add counsel on overall marketing and communication strategy and execution.
• Influence processes for improving business planning, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from cross-functional departments to achieve KPIs.
• Apply experience in leading relationships with creative agencies to successfully brief and guide work through the creative development, production, and delivery process. Leveraging a depth of marketing knowledge/capabilities as consult to Starbucks business partner on requirements, strategies and opportunities for innovation across Starbucks paid/owned/earned channels.
• Partners with cross functional team to track success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate learnings into future initiatives.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $76.00/hr.
