**Location:** San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato **Work Mode:** On-Site **Opportunity** Under the supervision of the Project/CIC Specialist, this role is responsible for implementing appropriate manufacturing processes and continuous improvement projects to achieve efficiency and productivity while reducing waste and cost. This includes improving working conditions using engineering techniques, updating standard times for all production activities, conducting 5S audits, and tracking KOS savings. To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate an analytical approach to time and motion studies, identify waste activities, and implement effective actions to reduce them. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate KOS events (9 per year) and support all teams. 2. Coach and execute Lean tools. 3. Manage annual SAP maintenance, including routes, rework, losses, slip, and glaze weights. 4. Maintain up-to-date and standardized Layered Process Audits. 5. Keep standard work studies updated. 6. Achieve KOS savings targets, report savings monthly, meet objectives, and create new target lists annually. 7. Conduct monthly meetings with senior leadership (General Supervisors and Managers) to report results and continuous improvement strategies. 8. Provide support to all plant areas in structural manufacturing to improve productivity, safety, and quality (Kaizen Team). 9. Coordinate the plant's operations certification program and manage all documentation for external ISO audits. 10. Comply with Safety and Health Functions and Responsibilities established for this position. **Candidate Profile:** Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering. Master's degree required. Experience: 5 years in a similar position. Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Lean Manufacturing Philosophy, and Quality Systems.
