The Sr. Project Coordinator at Lennar Technology Group IT is a senior support role responsible for leading other support and administrative professionals. This position requires an individual who can exercise considerable judgment and initiative to address unusual circumstances and manage issues escalated from their peers and the business.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Coordination: Lead daily Community Technology Services (CTS) duties, which include but are not limited to: grand openings, ISP order placement, model home and construction trailer moves, and site closures.
Leadership: Lead and mentor other support/administrative professionals, providing guidance and resolving issues escalated from the business.
Project Administration: Perform and oversee administrative tasks to support project management activities, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services as requested.
Data Management: Drive process improvement and automation initiatives by analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency. Oversee queue management by monitoring ServiceNow for timely updates on all open cases and incidents, while auditing the work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
Event and Cadence Management: Proficiently manage project events and cadence, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met according to schedule.
Communication: Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, tailoring messages to the audience and agenda.
Training: Develop, implement, and lead training programs on the CTS portal and related processes to ensure team alignment, consistency, and effective adoption across all users.
Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Serve as the primary escalation point and liaison between Divisions and the Lennar Technology Group, ensuring timely resolution of sales center, model home, and construction office issues while maintaining open lines of communication to address customer needs.
Provide weekly status updates to leadership, sharing key accomplishments, challenges, and progress. Regularly evaluate personal quarterly goals to ensure accountability, professional growth, and alignment with broader team and organizational objectives.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or professional certification in a relevant field.
2-4+ years of experience in a project coordination or related role.
Expert in Project Administration and Data Management.
Proficient knowledge of Project Event and Cadence.
Developing knowledge in the Product Development Lifecycle & Project Lifecycle (regardless of methodology).
Novice to Intermediate understanding of Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management (1 or more areas may be missing).
Communication: Polished communicator in both written and verbal forms, with the ability to shape the message to the audience and agenda.
Judgment and Initiative: Strong judgment and initiative to address unusual circumstances and make decisions independently.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and project documentation.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide leadership to junior staff.
Own and drive an iterative improvement mindset across all facets of operations, measuring success through metrics and partner satisfaction.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
